About the Role
Are you a marketing leader with a passion for building brands, creating memorable customer journeys, and driving growth across all channels? As our Marketing Manager, you’ll take the reins on all things marketing—from Shopify strategies to in-store activations. You’ll be leading an inspired team that includes a Content Creator and Marketing Coordinator, collaborating closely with the E-Commerce Manager and National Retail Sales Manager to shape campaigns that make a lasting impact.
In this role, you’ll oversee a robust, multi-channel marketing strategy, seamlessly blending digital and physical touchpoints to create a unified customer experience. Your expertise will guide our annual marketing calendar, driving the success of product launches, in-store campaigns, and digital ad strategies. With a strong focus on data, you’ll optimise our content and campaign performance, ensuring everything we do is aligned with our vision of empowering customers with innovative tech solutions. You’ll work alongside the E-Commerce Manager, National Retail Sales Manager, and lead a talented team including a Content Creator and Marketing Coordinator to make a lasting impact on PTC’s brand
In This Role, You Will:
- Content & Storytelling: Lead content creation across all digital and retail platforms, ensuring a cohesive brand presence. Establish feedback processes to refine content performance, making sure our storytelling resonates with customers.
- Shopify & In-Store Marketing Integration: Align digital strategies on Shopify with in-store promotions to create a consistent, omnichannel customer journey.
- Campaign & Ad Management: Take ownership of our ad accounts and campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media, and EDMs, overseeing budgets, tracking performance, and maximising conversions.
- Annual Marketing Calendar: Run our annual calendar, coordinating with retail and e-commerce teams to plan timely and impactful activations for product launches, promotional events, and key business periods.
- Product Launches & Brand Development: Collaborate with the E-Commerce and National Retail Sales Managers to bring our private label and new product lines to life, leading strategy and creative direction to drive growth.
- Data-Driven Optimisation: Regularly assess performance metrics and report insights to senior leadership, using data to refine campaigns, enhance engagement, and keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Your Background & Experience
- Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in a marketing management role, ideally within a multi-channel retail or e-commerce environment.
- Digital Marketing Prowess: Solid experience in campaign management, content creation, and performance optimisation.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire a team and collaborate across functions, with a knack for integrating retail and digital efforts.
- Tech-Savvy Tools Knowledge: Familiarity with ad accounts and marketing platforms, such as Google Ads, EDM tools, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
- Bring the Brand to Life: Lead content across stores and digital platforms to craft a unified brand experience that stands out.
- Empower Retail Leaders: Establish and support a content process with our retail teams, ensuring quality, creativity, and consistency.
- Drive Engagement: Implement a feedback loop to refine and enhance content using performance data—rewarding high engagement with special incentives to drive creativity and impact.
Marketing Integration
- Unite Online & Offline: Create seamless, customer-centric marketing by aligning strategies across Shopify and retail spaces.
- Maximise In-Store Content: Partner with retail leaders to incorporate in-store insights into digital campaigns, amplifying reach and relevance.
- Deliver a Cohesive Experience: Coordinate transitions across channels to ensure customers experience a unified brand, wherever they shop.
Campaign & Ad Management
- Lead High-Impact Campaigns: Manage ad accounts, from budget planning to performance optimisation, delivering effective campaigns across all digital platforms.
- Demand Generation & Beyond: Drive engaging demand-generation campaigns with the support of the Content Creator, focusing on social media, EDMs, and Google Ads.
- Own the Process: Oversee campaigns from ideation to execution, aligning every step with business goals and delivering results you can measure.
Marketing Calendar & Activations
- Strategic Planning: Own the annual marketing calendar, ensuring every campaign aligns with major business events, product launches, and promotional peaks.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with retail and Shopify teams to activate timely, relevant campaigns that make an impact both online and in-store.
Product Launches & Branding
- Drive Excitement for New Products: Work alongside the E-Commerce and National Retail Sales Managers to launch products and promotions that capture attention.
- Enhance Brand Recognition: Create and execute marketing strategies for new product lines, balancing budget with creative insight.
- Boost Private Label Impact: Identify strategic branding opportunities, positioning our private label products as sought-after choices in the market.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyse and Adapt: Dive into performance metrics to refine and improve our marketing strategies continuously.
- Insight-Driven Reporting: Share regular insights with senior leadership, bringing fresh perspectives and actionable recommendations.
- Optimise Campaign Success: Use data to fuel growth, ensuring every campaign is fine-tuned to maximise engagement and conversions.
Workflow & Collaboration
- Retail Content Collaboration: Collaborate with retail leaders to ensure stores submit quality content weekly, incorporating it into larger campaigns for cohesive storytelling.
- Stay Product-Savvy: Attend product meetings to stay up-to-date on launches, weaving this information into marketing strategies that resonate.
- Strategic Budgeting: Work with the E-Commerce Manager on product stock and budgeting, focusing resources where they’ll make the most impact.
