What You'll Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
- Oversee digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, paid advertising)
- Manage brand identity and guidelines
- Drive retail sales
- Drive customer acquisition and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Analyse marketing data and optimize campaigns
- Manage one direct report
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience in retail is a must have
- Strong understanding of digital marketing specifically PPC Marketing, SEO, CRM, PR
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in collating and analysing data trends
