We’re looking for a Digital Campaign Coordinator to join Canstar Group’s Ad Operations team, where you’ll play a pivotal role in executing and enhancing campaigns across Australia’s leading comparison platforms, Canstar and RateCity.
What You’ll Do

Drive Campaign Excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of digital lead referral campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery and top-tier performance.

Create Impactful Content: Develop tailored creative assets for specific campaigns, optimizing engagement across email, website, and ad channels.

Support Data-Driven Growth: Work with the Digital Account Management team to provide reports and actionable insights that grow and retain client partnerships.

Implement Conversion Strategies: Collaborate on embedding tracking pixels into client lead funnels to measure success and drive optimisations.

Enhance Website Performance: Spot opportunities on Canstar and RateCity websites to improve ad yield and revenue potential.

Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain precise campaign tracking in our CRM and monitoring systems to guarantee consistent reporting.

Build and Maintain Web Assets: Use pre-designed templates in WordPress to manage manual monetisation elements, ensuring accuracy and functionality.

Troubleshoot Campaigns: Resolve client campaign issues like click tag redirection or tracking errors, working closely with technical teams for swift solutions.

Client Engagement: Partner with clients during key seasonal campaigns such as Black Friday or mobile product launches to ensure success.

Lead Auction Coordination: Oversee monthly auctions for digital campaigns, ensuring all deliverables align with internal benchmarks.
What Sets You Apart

1-2 Years of Digital Experience: You’ve worked with agencies, publishers, or in-house marketing teams and understand how to drive results in the digital space.

Analytical Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics 4, CM360, or Looker Studio is a huge plus.

Technical Proficiency: You know your way around conversion tracking, pixels, and basic troubleshooting for digital campaigns.
