Sporting the dual crown of Australia’s oldest dairy and Australia’s most innovative dairy, Brownes Dairy has an opportunity for a Digital Activation Manager to join us on a permanent basis.

The Role
The Digital Activation Manager role will increase brand visibility, engagement, and sales across digital channels, supporting our overall business goals and annual marketing calendar. You will be developing creative campaigns, handling social media engagement and the relaunch and maintenance of our website.
You will make a difference in your role to the wider business by keeping Brownes portfolio of brands at the front of customers minds from the great work you do in ensuring our products and brand is visible in digital channels.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns aligned with our annual marketing calendar across our portfolio of brands.
- Lead social media content planning, creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Develop content strategies tailored to the required audience, incorporating both organic and campaign-specific content to maximize engagement and reach.
- Work with internal and external resources to create visually compelling, brand-aligned content (e.g., graphics, videos, blog posts) for use across social media, websites, and other digital channels.
- Oversee the relaunch of our Brownes Dairy website, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with brand standards.
- Own and manage our presence on retail online marketplaces, ensuring our product listings are optimized and aligned with our e-commerce goals.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification or higher in Media, Marketing or Design
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience with Adobe suite, Wordpress, Meta Business Manager and TikTok Business Manager
