We need a professional Marketing Specialist to help us continue to expand the market. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand awareness, engaging our target audience, and supporting lead generation and revenue goals for us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to gain insights that inform content creation tailored to our target audience's needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve the company's goal of business growth.
- Co-ordinate and execute diverse marketing activities, encompassing direct marketing, digital marketing, traditional advertising, media relations, and social media to promote company’s course.
- Create and manage content across all owned channels, including social media, websites, and CRM to ensure brand compliance and driving conversion, retention, and advocacy.
- Proactively seeking creative ways of raising our profile in our key markets to generate revenue and strengthen our brand position.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and amplify marketing impact.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- Ideally 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic work environments
- A passion for staying updated on marketing trends and technologies
