About the role
You'll be joining a dynamic team centered around creating impactful user experiences through quick and effective resolution of customer issues. In this role, you’ll be in charge of capturing user feedback and creating technical documentation to share insights across users and internal teams.
Your role includes:
- Developing efficient and consistent frontend abstractions and systems
- Improving code write-up and technical documentation for intuitive user and team experiences
- Identifying and streamlining frontend engineering practices and methodologies
- Working closely with different teams and stakeholders to share new ideas, development, and empowering teams toward improvements to create world-class support experiences
What our partner is looking for:
- Deep experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, MobX (or other state management libraries) and backend technology (e.g. Node or Java)
- Adept in writing performant, reusable code for UI components, including appropriate testing
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and project ownership
- Balance between big-picture thinking and attention to detail
- Passion for improving help experiences for millions of users worldwide
