based out of Hawthorn East Vic Reporting to the Coles Social Lead, this is an exciting entry level role that requires a can-do attitude and an ability to engage a range of stakeholders. The client-facing role is responsible for editing, scheduling and tracking content across Meta and TikTok, and also involves contributing to ideation, campaign response, content production and trend watching.
The Role:
In this role, you will work collaboratively with Medium Rare’s social and food teams and directly with the client’s social team, providing support on day-to-day social media content tasks such as:
- Setting up production documents including shot lists and creative notes for briefing to external creators
- Receiving and reviewing creator content as it is filed
- Tagging and filing content
- Uploading content to shareable video platforms
- Ensuring content is fit for platform
- Sourcing and recommending trending music
- Scheduling content
- Managing production tracking processes
- Content production including shooting and editing
- Supporting the TikTok content creators in communicating social coverage within the client business
- Contributing to client meetings, where required
Who are you?
- You have meticulous attention to detail, use initiative and can multi-task
- You have a strong understanding of Meta and Tiktok platforms
- You have a genuine passion for social media and content
- You ideally have previous experience producing content for brands
- You are comfortable being on camera and being included in content
- You’re on the pulse with social trends and can bring a perspective on how we can bring these to life for our client
- You are a strong communicator and are confident communicating with a variety of stakeholders
- You are detail and deadline-focused – you love organisation and structure
- You are excited to immerse yourself in one of Australia’s biggest retail brands
