The Opportunity
As our new Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll wear multiple crucial hats in a dynamic role:

Sales Management: Create and execute a visionary sales strategy, build and lead a high-performing team, and drive our company's growth as part of the Executive Leadership Team.

Business Development: Spearhead new client acquisition, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified leads in the SMB sector (20-200 seats).

Marketing: Develop the Marketing strategy that will generate sufficient interest and leads for the Sales Team. Oversee marketing efforts including marketing activities, calendar and schedule.
Your mission? To transition fully into the Sales Management role by building an unstoppable sales team that will propel HD IT to new heights.

- A sales virtuoso with 7+ years in IT sales, including 3+ years in MSP sales
- A proven closer with a track record of consistently exceeding targets

What You'll Do
As Sales and Marketing Manager:
- Craft and implement a game-changing 12-month sales and marketing strategy
- Achieve and surpass ambitious sales and growth targets
- Contribute to company direction as a key member of the executive leadership team
- Build, lead, and be accountable for high-performing sales and marketing teams
- Recruit and develop top sales talent
- Creating thought leadership content and campaigns
- Managing digital marketing efforts
- Overseeing sales enablement materials creation
- Analyzing marketing metrics and ROI
- Planning and executing industry events and trade shows
- Implementing account-based marketing strategies
- Managing external marketing relationships
As Business Development Manager:
- Actively pursue and win new Managed Service Clients in the SMB space
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline with qualified leads and prospects
- Collaborate with our technical team to develop winning proposals
- Expand our network through industry events and strategic partnerships
- Leverage vendor relationships to generate buzz and new opportunities

Secure 400 net new managed service seats.
Build the foundation of a high-performing sales team.
Consistently achieve weekly targets, including:
- Sales Revenue > $35,000
- Gross Profit > $10,000
- 5+ prospecting calls/meetings
- Value of active Quoted Managed Services Proposals (MRR) > $6,500
