Job Title: Product Marketing Manager (Inbound)
Location: Microba Head Office (Brisbane CBD)
Reports to: Chief Product Officer
Status: Permanent Full Time
PURPOSE
As a key member of our team, your role directly influences product squads to deliver high-quality product experiences that drive growth and retention. Your expertise and dedication are essential in achieving our mission "to pioneer health solutions that harness our deep understanding of the microbiome" to achieve our vision of "creating a world where human health is transformed by microbiome science."
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to)
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with product squads to deliver product initiatives and tactics to meet the segment growth strategy.
Market & Customer Research
- Develop a deep understanding of user dynamics – patients, healthcare providers, and Microba team members – through continuous feedback loops and key artefacts.
Product Management & Delivery
- Lead product early access programs to ensure smooth operational rhythms and launch readiness.
- Support the continuous release cycle and partner with GTM teams to define product value thresholds for launches.
- Leverage user understanding to deliver winning product value propositions, messaging, and positioning.
- Provide ongoing enablement to improve product adoption over time through user feedback, documentation, repositioning, and functionality comparisons.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Deep experience embedded as a PMM in product squads in high-growth, product-led businesses
- Strong people leadership skills both the reporting line and influence line
- Experience architecting and delivering product calendars and releases
- Develop user insights from quant and qual - customer interviews, product analytics, market data, customer experience, competitor information
- Able to create clear, compelling positioning and enablement for customer-facing teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and stakeholders towards achieving a unified product vision.
- Advanced understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and user-centred design principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, Design, or related field.
