Your Role: Lifecycle Marketing Manager
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end customer journey, particularly from a communications perspective, with the goal of driving engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction. This role will create and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging to deliver relevant, timely, and personalised experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.
What You’ll Do:

Develop and Execute Strategies: Design and implement multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns to engage, retain, and nurture customers through all stages—from onboarding to retention, churn reduction, and re-engagement.

Campaign Optimisation: Regularly analyse the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns, using data to inform decision-making and optimise for key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and churn reduction.

Customer Segmentation: Create and maintain customer segments for targeted campaigns, ensuring that messaging is relevant and personalised.

Automation & Workflows: Design and optimise automated workflows using Braze and other marketing automation tools, ensuring a seamless and impactful customer journey.

Collaboration: Work closely with the product, data, and customer support teams to align lifecycle marketing strategies with overall customer experience and product developments.

Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, reporting on key metrics, and offering insights for continuous improvement. Use A/B testing to drive improvements.

Content Creation: Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and the broader marketing team to create compelling content for lifecycle campaigns.
About You:
You are a customer-obsessed marketer who thrives on delivering meaningful, personalised experiences that drive customer engagement and retention. You're passionate about understanding customer behaviour and using data to make informed decisions. You have a knack for creating seamless journeys that resonate with customers at every stage of their lifecycle.
Your experience in building and optimising lifecycle campaigns has given you the ability to think strategically while executing with attention to detail. You love working cross-functionally, and you’re a strong communicator who can bring marketing, product, and data teams together to achieve common goals. In addition, you're proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- You are data-driven and results-oriented, with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
- You understand the importance of testing, learning, and iterating to drive continuous improvements.
- You’re resourceful and thrive in a startup environment, where your contributions can have a direct influence on the company's growth and success.
- Experience across the Braze platform, mobile app growth, and KYC funnels are a plus!
