About the role
The Digital Performance Coordinator will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to attract and retain customers.
This role can be based in Sydney or Brisbane.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and execute digital property listings on project websites, real estate portals and digital distribution channels, implementing best practice from analytics
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to manage, execute and optimise paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google and Youtube
- Management and implementation of organic and paid social media activity including assisting in the creation of digital content, uploading content, responding to comments
- Analyseand reporton success ofdigital marketing channels and implement optimisations accordingly
- Copywriting for digital sources e.g. website, digital ads, social media
- Coordinate, update and optimise digital property listings on real estate portals
- Use digital analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel, PowerBI) to track campaign performance, website traffic and user behaviour
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, digital real estate business or similar
- Experience with content management on websites
- Experience writing marketing copy
- Experience in social media marketing and content plan development
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Understanding of user experience/ design
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Relevant tertiary and industry qualifications in Digital, Marketing and/or Communications
- Some travel will be to visit sites and support project team at events, expos, open days etc.
