Job Description
This opportunity sits within the digital pillar of Nine, where the focus is driving advertising effectiveness for brands across the suite of Nine digital assets such as nine.com.au, 9Now, 9Honey smh.com.au, afr.com.au and theage.com.au.
At the core, you will be accountable for end-to-end campaign management of Digital Ad campaigns, including but not limited to: approving bookings, monitoring campaign performance, deploying optimisation tactics to deliver budgets and technical troubleshooting.
By developing and nurturing a collaborative relationship with your sales patches and providing the highest level of service and project management, you will drive successful campaign delivery outcomes.
Day to day you will:
- Collectively prioritise campaign launches across your list of dedicated sales teams, ensuring a smooth go live process that is in-line with our Service Level Agreements
- Implement optimisation tactics as required throughout the lifetime of the campaign to maximise delivery and revenue
- Make calculated decisions in adjusting inventory and data mixology to achieve campaign objectives and maximise revenue
- Collaborate with Nines digital sales teams to resolve technical or delivery issues
- Run ‘In Progress’ meetings with the Sales team to ensure they are on track
- Provide end of campaign reporting insights, data analysis and recommendations to promote revenue growth
Qualifications
We are seeking a fun, motivated, curious and experienced individual. Candidates who have succeeded in this role typically have strong customer service skills, can effectively multitask
and prioritise, and have priortised their technical skills in the digital space.
This is not a marketing campaign management role.
What we would like to see on your resume:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proven experience in digital operations and campaign management, using GAM, Xandr, or similar adserver is preferable
- Excellent dexterity with GSuite and Microsoft suite products with expert Excel skills
- Curiosity about digital media technology
- Working knowledge in programmatic trading - DSP/SSP Platforms (not essential)
- Experience working within CRMs, Order Management Systems, and other digital media tech systems (not essential)
