Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that will increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. The Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
- Strategise and develop marketing campaigns to bring new business opportunities to us
- Manage and give direction to our outsourced marketing team
- Create, manage, and build all aspects of social media marketing, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies across various platforms
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Create, manage, and build personal branding initiatives for the MD, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand image
- Utilise expertise in personal branding to create and edit content for various marketing channels
- Capture high-quality photography to support marketing campaigns and promotional materials
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing management, with a focus on personal branding, social media marketing, and public relations with the potential to expand your knowledge through further learning
- Demonstrated expertise in personal branding, including the ability to create and edit content
- Strong photography skills with the ability to capture engaging visuals that align with brand guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners
- Strategic mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for content creation and social media management
- Bachelor and/or Diploma in marketing.
