Client Solutions Manager, E-commerce, Australia and New Zealand
The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's ANZ eComm vertical team is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our customers at the core of everything we do.
This is a unique chance to create and lead key relationships, serve as a consultative product expert, and lead media planning, strategy and measurement to a cohort of performance-driven clients in the ANZ eComm portfolio.
With a real passion for digital marketing, this role is responsible for building executional and functional partnerships, using data sets and analytics to detect performance patterns, and to translate them into comprehensive solutions and strategies that deliver on our client’s business objectives, whilst driving growth in innovative ways.

Client Solutions Manager, E-commerce, Australia and New Zealand Responsibilities
- Manage a cohort of performance based advertisers, enabling growth both from them and Meta.
- Work with businesses to understand their objectives and develop the Meta strategy, which will constitute building insights, crafting media plans, creative guidance and measurement recommendations.
- Build key stakeholder relationships including business owners, as well as internal leaders, and be seen as a key influencer in shaping platform strategy and feeding back on needs of ecomm businesses.
- Develop vertical expertise, including industry research and perspective, to drive overall business objectives and marketing solutions for advertisers. Including 1st party data, ecomm platforms and attribution and measurement systems.
- Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting and optimisation of campaigns (oversee budget spend, manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimisation and real time recommendations).
Minimum Qualifications
- Analytical skills, experience producing and interpreting data-sets on which to deliver actionable insights, which can be confidently presented to external clients.
- Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM).
- Experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies having demonstrated project leadership experience.
- Experience collaborating effectively with Cross Functional Partner teams, demonstrating attention to detail, and involving all levels of management.
- Experience delivering on quota and obtaining positive customer feedback.
- Experience communicating, collaborating and working effectively in a team.
- BA/BS degree.
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing and/or account management roles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Attribution platforms and Analytics experience.
- Knowledge of Meta's Ad products.
