The role
As the Project & Onboarding Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring customer success from initial setup through ongoing engagement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Sales, and Operations, to guarantee timely, on-budget delivery of customer projects. In addition, you will manage internal initiatives to enhance our processes and capabilities, helping Decidr.ai scale effectively.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to implementation.
- Plan, execute, and monitor customer projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact during project implementation, keeping stakeholders informed and addressing any issues.
- Work closely with Solutions Architects, Sales, and Operations to align resources and expectations.
- Manage internal initiatives to improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Proactively identify and address risks, obstacles, and customer concerns to ensure successful project outcomes. Process Improvement: Continuously refine onboarding and project management processes to improve customer satisfaction and team efficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years in project management or customer onboarding, ideally within SaaS, AI, or technology-driven industries.
- Strong track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completion.
- Ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions to ensure project success.
- Familiarity with AI or data platforms is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Clickup, Trello, or Asana) and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams effectively.
