The role:
We are seeking a Solution Architect who will play a crucial role in scoping, mapping, and translating customer data requirements into tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with Decidr’s platform. You must be able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and customers, ensuring that business goals are met through smart, scalable AI implementations.
You’ll have experience working in a fast-paced startup or tech company and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Engagement:
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and articulate the value of Decidr.ai’s platform.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Collaborate on proposals and RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer objectives.
Post-Sales Support:
- Lead technical onboarding and solution deployment, ensuring seamless integration with customer systems.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving post-implementation issues.
- Ensure proper knowledge transfer to the customer’s technical team and provide ongoing support as needed.
Solution Design:
- Translate customer requirements into scalable, effective solution designs that align with Decidr.ai’s platform capabilities.
- Develop and document best practices, templates, and reusable frameworks for solution delivery.
- Collaboration: Act as a technical liaison between customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Provide feedback to the Product team on customer needs and feature requests to improve the platform.
Process Optimisation:
- Continuously improve pre-sales and post-sales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
