Established in 1994, Bambury is a creative company that designs, develops and imports domestic & commercial textiles and homeware products for sale to retailers and commercial customers throughout Australia and New Zealand. Our head office is in Bibra Lake (WA), with representation in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. We are seeking an E-commerce specialist to join our dynamic team and drive our digital performance. As the E-commerce specialist you will collaborate with our creative & operational teams to play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's success across our B2C and B2B channels.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an E-commerce strategy that drives sales and enhances customer engagement Optimise the E-commerce platforms to improve conversion rates, and ensure the website has seamless functionality, user-friendly navigation, and compelling content
Utilise tools like A/B testing, user experience analysis, and customer journey mapping to enhance website performance
Prepare regular reports on E-commerce performance, identifying trends and areas for growth.
In collaboration with other team members, drive website traffic through effective SEO, SEM/PPC and social media campaigns, and monitor ROAS on all paid advertising campaigns.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platforms, which includes making sure sales and promotions are successfully launched.
Create marketing flows in Klayvio, and maintain lists, segments for B2C and B2B databases
Implement review systems for customers and products
Work with external marketing teams and collaborators if required, including offshore specialists
Have an awareness of other back-end systems and integrations within the business eg. PIM, ERP & WMS etc.
Ensure data integrity is maintained and support business with best practice utilisation of this data

To be successful, you will have:

A formal qualification in E-commerce, marketing or business is preferred but not essential.
3+ years’ experience in E-commerce management, ideally in both B2C and B2B
A passion for data and analytics is vital to the role
Strong drive to meet and surpass KPI’s
Deep understanding of Shopify’s E-commerce platform
Experience in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Eg. Google Analytics, META, AdRoll, Klayvio, Google PMax and/or similar)
