About the role

As theCampaign Marketing Manager – Independent Schools, you’ll design and execute marketing initiatives that drive lead generation, customer engagement, brand awareness, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities for Sentral’s customer base. You’ll focus on managing partnerships with industry bodies, overseeing the annual events calendar, and executing key sponsorships. Collaborating closely with the Senior Manager - Lead Generation, you’ll align marketing strategies with business goals to drive impactful results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness for Sentral in Independent Schools;
Develop targeted Account Based Marketing strategies to engage key school accounts;
Optimise digital platforms to improve customer engagement and lead conversion;
Manage industry events and sponsorships to drive Sentral’s presence and visibility;
Provide campaign performance reports and pipeline forecasts to support B2B acquisition;
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials;
Conduct competitive research to inform campaign strategy and positioning;
Work with internal teams, agencies, and freelancers to create effective marketing assets.

About you

You are an experienced B2B marketing professional with a proven track record of driving pipeline generation through well-executed campaigns. You have experience in managing end-to-end campaigns, from concept development to ROI analysis. Ideally, you will have a background in the EdTech sector, SaaS, or ERP solutions.

You will bring:

ABachelor’s degreein Marketing, Business, or a related discipline;
5+ yearsof hands-on experience in marketing, with a strong background in campaign management and lead generation;
Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages for diverse audiences;
Stronganalytical skills, with the ability to assess performance data and provide actionable insights;
Proven experience in leading teams and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business goals;
Exceptionaltime managementand organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
A passion forcustomer segmentationand understanding customer behaviour;
Familiarity withmarketing automation tools(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms) and a willingness to enhance your skills in this area;
The ability tolearn quicklyand stay ahead of industry trends and marketing best practices.

Salary

The salary range for this role is $120, 000 - 130,000 + superannuation. Part-time options available.
