Labrys is a blockchain technology company based in Brisbane that helps clients identify how they can utilise blockchain technology to their advantage across various use-cases and industries. Labrys conceptualises, designs, and builds entire systems and the web and mobile applications that support them.

You will be a Full Stack Engineer experienced in end-to-end development of high-quality applications using MERN stack, Next.JS and Typscript. You'll be working as part of an experienced team on a diverse range of projects, developing user interface components by implementing best-practice React workflows. You will also spend time analysing requirements, designing applications using blockchain technology that solves complex and exciting outcomes, building and then launching blockchain applications and smart contracts; And ensure that these components and the overall solutions are robust and easy to maintain. In addition, you will coordinate with the rest of the team and end-user/client; therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and product quality is essential.

Salary Bracket: $90,000 - $120,000 (Inclusive of superannuation)

Responsibilities

End-to-end development of high-quality software applications using MERN stack whilst producing few errors.
Mobile app development with react Native.
Troubleshooting and bug fixing.
Creating unit and integration tests to ensure quality of code.
Write accurate technical documentation.
Review code, manage requests, change and provide active recommendations.
Work as part of a team with Project managers, Business Analysts, peer Engineers and clients to design and create tasks.

The ideal candidate

Knowledge of programming across multiple platforms.
Interest on Web3 frameworks and languages including Solidity - Ideal but not mandatory.
Intermediate to high skills with MERN stack - MongoDB, Express, React, Node.
Desirable knowledge and experience with Next.js.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in similar positions.
excellent written and verbal communication.
Outstanding time management.
