Marketing Manager – Residential Home Builder - North West Sydney

Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for the home building industry? My client, an award winning major builder are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive their brand strategy and marketing campaigns.

About The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing marketing team. Your focus will be on digital marketing, brand development, content creation, and customer engagement to drive sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee corporate marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency and market impact

✅ Drive digital marketing strategies across multi-channel platforms

✅ Manage social media, website content, and SEO to enhance brand presence

✅ Develop and implement marketing campaigns, tracking performance and ROI

✅ Plan and execute advertising strategies, including digital, print, and multimedia

✅ Oversee customer engagement strategies and retention initiatives

✅ Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring a high standard of execution

✅ Lead industry award submissions and coordinate marketing collateral

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 10 years’ marketing experience, ideally in the building or property industry

✔️ Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate insights into marketing plans

✔️ Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital and social media

✔️ Experience in lead generation, brand management, and content creation

✔️ Strong communication skills with experience in PR, media, and corporate branding

✔️ Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and performance analysis
