The Opportunity

Our Australian Steel Market business is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract (parental leave cover), based in our Mascot office.

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead a team of experienced digital professionals, and will be responsible for the digital marketing & communication strategies and infrastructure required to support our Australian business. In this key role, you will partner with business stakeholders, colleagues and cross-functional teams to improve our online presence and ensure a positive customer and audience experience.

What Will You Do?

In this role you will be responsible for leading and managing digital marketing strategies and web and digital development team to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our online marketing effort is maximised. You will manage the relationships with our external vendors and delivery partners, working in collaboration with them to ensure effective project delivery and consistent brand alignment.

To achieve this, you will:

work with marketing and communication managers to align digital marketing strategy and optimise use of digital channels and technologies.
align digital channel and customer experiences and create a differentiated stakeholder experience.
oversee digital marketing channels and campaigns, websites, and social media accounts formulate, establish and execute effective digital marketing & communication strategies to ensure online brand consistency and maximise brand impact.
maintain the health, impact and engagement of all our digital efforts across all channels. Manage and measure results of all our digital marketing campaigns and use this as an input to shape our digital marketing strategy going forward
lead and develop the digital team.

More About You

With knowledge of managing multiple marketing and digital projects you will also have:

degree qualifications in Marketing or relevant field
experience in a digital marketing or CX roles
in-depth knowledge of various digital media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
proven leadership experience
proven capability to manage a technical group of people with diverse skills as well as agency partners strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
