We have got an exciting opportunity for a Business Development and Marketing Officer to be part of our team at ECA Online in our Parramatta campus.

ECA Online is the digital arm of Education Centre of Australia (ECA), providing a wide range of online education options, including short courses, micro credentials, qualifications, and higher education programs.

As a key member of the team, you will have the rewarding opportunity to progress your career within the education industry. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a true 'go-getter' with a passion for growth.

Fresh graduates with a passion for sales and degree in business or marketing are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct application enrolments: contact direct applicants and help with admission
Prospect contact: conduct regular prospect calls for presales appointments and lead qualification.
Student retention: call existing students between term starts and census to assist with retention
Social Media Account Management: Oversee and manage the company's social media accounts, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Lead Generation Campaigns: Execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, such as webinars, course guides, etc.
Copywriting and creative design

As the successful candidate you will ideally have:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in a sales environment meeting sales targets is preferred.
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools is an asset.
Proven experience in social media marketing would be desirable.
