What you will be doing:

Research and develop growth-focused marketing strategies that build brand awareness, align with our business objectives, and drive lead generation.
Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns that guide our audience through every stage of the customer journey.
Optimize campaigns for performance, focusing on key metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Leverage digital platforms to automate marketing activities and determine the most effective points of interaction (POI) for marketing campaigns.
Utilize CRM system, customer information and marketing automation platforms to analyze metrics, track content performance, and refine strategies for optimal ROI.
Lead the creative development of content and communications for website, social media, email campaigns, portals, and other channels.
Ensure all content is SEO-friendly to maximize visibility and drive organic growth.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
Perform other duties, as assigned.

What you already have:

Education, Experience, and Licensing:

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of a High School diploma and pertinent work experience is required.
3+ years' DTC/B2C growth marketing experience within a strategic planning capacity required.
3+ years' experience developing content for marketing campaigns.
Experience in the P&C Homeowner's insurance industry a plus.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Advanced knowledge of DTC/B2C growth marketing strategies.
Capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear, consumer-friendly content.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in effectively conveying information to key stakeholders.
Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible; adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of professionally interacting with team members across departments.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
