What you will be doing:
- Research and develop growth-focused marketing strategies that build brand awareness, align with our business objectives, and drive lead generation.
- Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns that guide our audience through every stage of the customer journey.
- Optimize campaigns for performance, focusing on key metrics such as cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Leverage digital platforms to automate marketing activities and determine the most effective points of interaction (POI) for marketing campaigns.
- Utilize CRM system, customer information and marketing automation platforms to analyze metrics, track content performance, and refine strategies for optimal ROI.
- Lead the creative development of content and communications for website, social media, email campaigns, portals, and other channels.
- Ensure all content is SEO-friendly to maximize visibility and drive organic growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
What you already have:
Education, Experience, and Licensing:
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of a High School diploma and pertinent work experience is required.
- 3+ years' DTC/B2C growth marketing experience within a strategic planning capacity required.
- 3+ years' experience developing content for marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the P&C Homeowner's insurance industry a plus.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
- Advanced knowledge of DTC/B2C growth marketing strategies.
- Capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear, consumer-friendly content.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in effectively conveying information to key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to be adaptable and flexible; adjusting to new requirements or unforeseen issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of professionally interacting with team members across departments.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MSO/365 applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
