Sales and Marketing Manager

About the Role

Striker Crushing & Screening is seeking a driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead and coordinate our sales and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will bring innovative thinking, exceptional leadership skills, and a solutions-focused approach to develop and implement strategies that enhance sales performance and reinforce our brand in the crushing and screening industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and customer loyalty.
Actively prospect and generate leads for mobile crushers and screens in the mining, quarrying, and construction sectors.
Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring they choose the best equipment for their operations.
Create and execute marketing strategies to promote Striker’s equipment to new and existing markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Enhance brand image and loyalty through strategic marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales goals with production and delivery timelines.
Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build networks and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing) or equivalent experience.
At least five years of experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the crushing and screening.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of market trends and customer needs in the mining and construction industries.
Strong understanding of mobile crushers and screens, their applications, and benefits.
Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline, and deliver results.
A technical or mechanical background is highly desirable.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
