Job Description
The Contract Administrator plays a crucial role in administering the contracting process for Noggin’s customer agreements. This is a dynamic opportunity to work alongside prominent global brands, ensuring that contracts are managed efficiently and effectively.
In collaboration with our business development team and business leaders, this role will oversee the administration of both new and existing customer agreements. Responsibilities include maintaining contract templates, ensuring compliance, and supporting the overall contracting process.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Administration:
Oversee the contract management system, ensuring process management, compliance reporting, and documentation updates are maintained.
- Maintain and update standard contract templates; select appropriate templates for agreements.
- Provide internal leadership with updates on commercial matters.
Commercial Process Support:
- Assist in managing the administration of commercial contracts, particularly for cloud software sales.
- Review client Master SaaS templates and amendments, identifying any issues that may require further attention.
- Administer internal approval, external review, and signature workflows.
Customer-Facing Engagement:
- Prepare for and participate in customer meetings regarding contract-related matters.
- Gather input on customer documents and modifications to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Address customer requests and coordinate any necessary legal review meetings.
- Ensure that contract language meets country-specific requirements.
Internal Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams on contract-related inquiries.
- Confirm scope of work and licenses with relevant teams and incorporate these details into contracts.
- Adhere to internal compliance requirements and record any compliance issues in the contract database.
Basic Requirements
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic credentials.
- 4+ years of experience in a contract administration role or similar position, preferably within an enterprise B2B SaaS software company.
- Familiarity with software licensing, especially SaaS model transactions.
Experience and Skills:
- Excellent business judgment and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong prioritization skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
