Responsibilities:
Position Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Manager is pivotal in managing and executing the company's digital marketing strategy. This position involves managing various digital marketing channels, driving customer acquisition, and enhancing brand visibility. It requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and analytical skills to develop and optimize marketing campaigns effectively.
Reporting to the Head of Retail Australia, you will directly support the Head of Commercial Australia in executing marketing projects with teams based in APAC and globally. You will be expected to lead projects over time.
This will include coordinating with the Regional Digit Marketing teams, Sales, CVM, websites, and Product teams to plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns, promotional activity, comms plans and client events. You will optimize the local experience by monitoring competitors, testing new products, and providing business intelligence.
Primary duties will include:
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with StoneX Retail's overall business objectives.
- Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, display advertising and affiliate cooperation.
- Analyze and identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize acquisition campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
- Utilize data and analytics to track and measure the performance of digital acquisition campaigns/daily operation, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and optimize online advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve acquisition targets.
- Foster relationships with influencers/media to enhance brand visibility and drive acquisition (affiliate deal).
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, development) to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Vendor management – manage vendors to reach the business goal we set.
- Regularly report on KPIs and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Review and analyze website and communications reporting recommended optimization opportunities
Qualifications:
To land this role you will need:
- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, understanding customer motivators of Australian clients
- Experience in B2C, consumer, and retail financials preferred.
- Understanding of Australian user experience, with insights of Australian online broker trading industry, trading experience is preferred
- Financing trading experience is a plus
