Purpose of role:
This six month parental leave cover, would be great for someone who wants to be part of the team and provide input rather than just support the team.
This role will ensure the smooth, effective operation of the Chief People Officer and Chief Transformation Officer and their functions by providing executive support with professionalism, interpersonal skillfulness, energy and attention to detail. This position will help support the total organisation wellbeing through providing support for the Culture Committee and Holistic Wellbeing Committee. There is an internal event management part of the role to ensure that quarterly offsites, full team days, Summits run smoothly and add value to the team and functions.
Responsibilities include:
- Proactively contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the Executive’s teams in order to meet organisational objectives.
- Manage diary appointments by proactively scheduling, organising and prioritising meetings to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the Executive Member’s functions – People & Culture & Transformation.
- Organise and arrange travel, accommodation and expenses as point of contact for company travel agent.
- Manage travel requests for Executive’s approval within function.
- Manage corporate card and cash expenses and provide support for Flexipurchase system approvals.
- Accurate document preparation and coordination of monthly Executive Meetings including printing pre reads, and other relevant reports.
- Distribute and send pre reads, set up PowerPoint presentations, agendas, and ad-hoc items for relevant functions while taking minutes and actions of meetings and ensuring these are distributed in a timely manner.

- Technological Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office, project management tools, and communication platforms (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skill capacity.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- Minimum 5 years administration experience in a corporate environment interfacing with executive level management, senior managers and board members.
