Purpose of role:
To develop, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive Blackmores’ Corporate Communications strategy, including external and internal communication, media and an element of investor relations working with Kiran Holdings. The purpose of this role is to develop and communicate the business vision and strategy, ensuring that Blackmores demonstrates and secures its leading market position, is favourably perceived by key stakeholders and is informative and inclusive of our global employee group.
Responsibilities include:
• Sets a clear and bold vision for the future - developing and executing the strategic direction for Blackmores Group communications (external and internal).
• Operationalize strategy into clear and concise communication plans, utilising established channels and identifying the role of key stakeholders in supporting the delivery of the plan.
• Highly collaborative leader: can build strong relationships externally and internally, creating clear messaging and a great experience for the audience.
• A leader who can coach and lead small communications team and influence cross-functional teams with inspiring passion, vision and purpose.
• A leader experienced in crisis management.
• Experienced in working with multi-cultural teams – Asia experience highly desirable.
