You will play a critical role in developing the strategy, execution of the roadmap, AOP planning, business case preparations, vendor negotiations, timely impact assessments along with finance management.
We are looking for individuals to specialise in one of the following areas: Customer Care & Service Management, B2B Digital, CRM & Commissions, Sales & Contracts and Product Management.
Your day to day will consist of...
- Collaborate with senior leadership, Service Owners, and other stakeholders to define the technical product's vision, strategy, and objectives. They ensure that the technical product's initiatives align with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Work closely with the Service owner to ensure that the full lifecycle of a Business Product and the impacted Technical products are managed proactively.
- Identify and mitigates risks and issues that may impact the product's ability to deliver value. They proactively address organisational impediments, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues as needed to ensure that the team stays on track and achieves its objectives.
- Identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize value delivery and increase agility.
What makes you perfect for the role?
- Degree or equivalent experience qualified within relevant field
- Application Architecture, Design and Solution and Systems development experience
- Adapt and align design standards like TMF APIs/CAMARA APIs, principles and guidelines to current and future business needs.
- Lead and provide oversight to multiple Agile projects
