About the Role
We’re looking for a Brand and Content Manager to play an instrumental role in Spacetalk's brand evolution and customer engagement strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this position will develop propositions, lead the go to market across categories and develop compelling content that connects and converts new and existing customers to ensure our customers experience the very best of Spacetalk.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and user engagement.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies specifically for Spacetalk’s App, enhancing customer interaction and app adoption.
- Lead strategies to maximise retention within Spacetalk Mobile, with a data-driven approach to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage and optimise messaging for firmware updates, ensuring users are informed, engaged, and able to make the most of product upgrades.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement a refreshed brand identity, aligning marketing communications and customer touchpoints with our new vision.
- Craft engaging, informative onboarding content for customers, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and empowered as they engage with Spacetalk’s products and services.
- Experience producing and implementing content to be used for social, website, App, SMS, EDM's that enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering effective brand and content marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Experience with app or mobile product marketing, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or retail customer-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of customer retention strategies, with experience in analysing data and creating actionable insights to improve customer lifetime value.
- Ability to develop clear, impactful messaging across multiple touch points, from firmware updates to product onboarding.
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively within a lean, dynamic team environment.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and strategies to enhance retention and loyalty.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
