About the role
As the Business Partner for our International teams, you will support a number of business units within the organisation, providing advice, recommendations, initiatives and solutions across the employee life cycle.
This will include
- Lead development initiatives for business units - leadership, competency, compliance
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring balanced people and business outcomes
- Partner with leaders to provide expert advice on effective solutions and organisational design
- Conducing onboarding and off-boarding, alongside People Operations team
- Conducting monthly payroll for China-based employees
- Creating employment documentation for China-based employees (in Mandarin)
- Participating in the recruitment process for international roles, ensuring alignment with company values and culture
- Assessing training needs within international teams and coordinating learning and development initiatives
- Providing guidance on compensation and benefits packages for international employees in line with industry standards
- Supporting organisational change efforts by communicating effectively with international teams and facilitating smooth transitions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation relevant to international locations
