【Responsibilities】
1.Manage Think Academy social media platform such as WeChat & Red, generate content and do regular post to generate leads.
2.Provide course information to walk in/email/phone call/WeChat/Think Academy APP, Red etc. Enquiries in a professional manner, and reach quarterly student enrolment target
3.Follow up new leads generated from marketing activities, seminars and promotions via phone call, text message, email, and WeChat, Red etc.
4.Update new leads follow up status and enrolled students’ information in CRM system
5.Work closely with mentor team to address and meet students and parents' academic requests.
6.Work closely with remote admin team to manage and support students and parents’ daily requests (e.g., class material, homework assignment, teacher class feedback etc.)
7.Help with operating and organizing marketing online and onsite events
8.Termly student and parents feedback collection
9.Be responsible for data analysis of each channel and identify operation issues. Generate and execute operation optimization solutions with teams to ensure operations and achieve business goals.
【Requirements】
1.Minimum 1 year of sales experience (online and face to face), experience in education industry would be an advantage
2.Fluent in English and Mandarin in professional oral communication and writing
3.Proactive, passionate, highly responsible, good at working under pressure, Customer oriented, honest, teamwork oriented, creative
4.Extra credit (not required): proficient in graphic design and video editing skills
