The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for all tasks relating to the budgeting, co-ordination and marketing campaigns of real estate projects and property campaigns.
The key functions of this role includes, but is not limited to;
- Adherence to, and creation of new systems and processes to streamline and scale the marketing component of the business
- Budgeting and recovery of costs spent (Maintain and oversee the marketing budgets, expense claims and invoicing)
- Co-ordination of overseas design team
- Delivery of assets across multiple projects
- Coordinate on time and on budget delivery of all marketing campaigns
- Ownership of project brand and ensuring project’s integrity
- Prepare and maintain each Project’s digital advertising, including social media posts as needed and approved (e.g. Facebook/Instagram Campaigns, Google AdWords, etc)
- Coordination and booking of photographers, signboards, and other advertising material when required
- Prepare project marketing briefs and presentations
- Analyse and interpret data, and provide insights and recommendations into marketing strategies/weekly reports and updating marketing activities to improve results
- Provide marketing support on all digital platforms including website management and social media
- Assist in the preparation of submissions and presentations
- Coordinate and oversee tasks delegated to the overseas team
- Prepare project promotion collateral including, PR, press, online and print material (e.g., magazines, brochures, lot plans, flyers, EDMs etc), and other inhouse project marketing tools
Selection Criteria
To be successful in this position, it is essential that you can demonstrate.
- 1-2 years prior experience in a similar role within the Real Estate industry, with a strong preference for hands on, complete responsibility
- Be self-motivated and highly organised
- Demonstrated experience in social media and digital marketing
- Superior time management with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholder expectations and day-to-day duties simultaneously
- Advanced computer skills, with demonstrated experience using EXCEL
- Adobe Suite at an intermediate-advanced level.
- High attention to details, ensuring production of consistent marketing collateral
- Excellent communication with the ability to edit and oversee written material
