About the Role
Heads & Tales Content Agency is seeking a talented social media manager with 2-3 years' experience to join our thriving team. You will play a crucial role in helping our Content & Strategy teams to shape social strategies for our clients, as well as owning the execution of these strategies, ensuring the brands we work with shine across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic development: Work with our Strategy and Content teams to craft and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and achieve client objectives.

Content planning and creation: Plan, develop, help produce and manage engaging content tailored for Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Briefing & approvals: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to bring to life briefs and ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and key objectives.

Scheduling & reporting: Plan and schedule posts to the agreed cadence. Monitor and analyse performance metrics to optimise content strategies and report insights to clients.

Design & copywriting: Be able to work with our Strategy and Content teams to craft exciting briefs for creative production, as well as own copywriting that supports creative for your clients.

Client relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
About You

Experience: 2-3 years’ track record in social content and management across a range of social media channels, including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.

Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.

Creative vision: A keen eye for design, passion for short-form video and an ability to work with creative teams to produce captivating content that resonates with diverse audiences.

Client-friendly attitude: A proactive, client-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills to manage client relationships smoothly.

Technical skills: Proficiency in using scheduling software and analytics platforms to track performance and optimise strategies

SEO knowledge: A solid understanding of social media’s increasing importance in SEO and how to optimise channels such as YouTube.

Desirable but not essential: Experience working within regulated industries & B2B
