About the role:
Are you ready to elevate your marketing career? Join our dynamic team as a Social Media Coordinator, full time and on-site at our Retail Support Centre in St Kilda. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our social media channels, ensuring a consistent message and engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You'll be responsible for scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring trends and competitor activities, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Schedule and publish posts across platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Assist with partnership opportunities and ad hoc marketing campaigns.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement metrics, follower growth, and conversion rates.
• Analyse social media insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies.
• Highlight high-performing content for use across paid media channels.
• Respond to comments promptly and report any issues.
• Coordinate content to ensure a consistent message across platforms.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices.
We Seek an individual with:
• A higher educational qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field, or proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Strong grasp of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for storytelling.
• Creative flair and attention to detail with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
