About the role and you:
SEN is looking for a Digital Audio Ad Operations Manager. The role will be primarily responsible for managing all campaign delivery of digital audio across live streaming and podcast platforms (AdsWizz and Megaphone), including all targeting, audience data and programmatic management. The role is a key part of managing cohesive client digital campaign delivery across our audio network.
The main duties include:
- Manage and deliver all digital live streaming campaigns (direct and programmatic) using AdsWizz ad serving platform.
- Manage Programmatic connectivity with agencies and optimise all Marketplace inventory to ensure maximum yield.
- Entering campaigns into Sponsorships Register as sold.
- Processing integrated bookings within SEN’s data management programs - Broadcast Guide, Aquira and Audata.
- Identifying any campaign execution, delivery and targeting issues and escalating these to CIM for resolution.
- Identifying any process improvements and escalating to CIM, so new workflows can be built.
- Escalating problems and troubleshooting with Traffic Lead.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience using AdsWizz and other digital audio management systems.
- Strong data and administration skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Effective communication and relationship building skills;
- Experience in a similar administration role will be highly regarded.
