About the Role
Are you an experienced Head of Digital Content & Marketing with a flair for digital content creation, growth marketing, and e-commerce strategies? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love seeing your campaigns deliver real results? In this role, you’ll oversee a robust, multi-channel marketing strategy, seamlessly blending digital and physical touchpoints to create a unified customer experience. Your expertise will guide our annual marketing calendar, driving the success of product launches, in-store campaigns, and digital ad strategies. With a strong focus on data, you’ll optimise our content and campaign performance, ensuring everything we do is aligned with our vision of empowering customers with innovative tech solutions. You’ll work alongside the E-Commerce Manager, National Retail Sales Manager, and lead a team including a Content Creator and Marketing Coordinator to make a lasting impact on PTC’s brand
In This Role, You Will
- Take the lead in creating, uploading and managing engaging content and story telling across digital and retail platforms. While you don’t need to be a professional video content creator, you’ll ensure content stays on-brand and resonates with our audience.
- Align Shopify strategies with in-store promotions to deliver a consistent and seamless customer journey in an omnichannel marketing strategy.
- Manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, social media, and EDM platforms. You’ll handle budgets, track performance, and optimise for conversions.
- Own the annual marketing calendar, working with retail and e-commerce teams to plan product launches, promotions, and key business activations.
- Focus on product launches & brand growth through collaboration with stakeholders to launch new product lines and enhance private label offerings with a strong focus on strategy and execution.
- Drive data optimisation and monitor performance metrics through reporting actionable insights to leadership, and refine campaigns to keep our brand fresh and engaging.
- This role is hands-on, creative, and perfect for someone who loves balancing strategy with execution to drive measurable results.

- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and e-commerce.
- A strong understanding of campaign management and data-driven decision-making.

- Has experience creating diverse and engaging content, with the ability to upload and maintain a consistent posting schedule across platforms, performance optimisation & campaign management.
- Can demonstrate a proven track record of increasing community engagement and growing social media followings.
- Has successfully turned online engagement and followers into measurable sales and business growth.
- Brings tech-savvy expertise, with familiarity in using platforms like Google Ads, EDM tools, and social media ad accounts to execute and optimise campaigns.
