About the Role
Our Clients & Markets team is expanding and we’re looking for Market Priority Marketing- Senior Manager to join our vast community of solvers. The Clients & Markets team brings our purpose to life by contributing to the (Go To Market) GTM strategy to drive growth of the firm's priority clients, identifying new market issues and trends and enhancing our market presence. Utilize insights to create marketing and sales enablement strategies and deliver campaigns that lead to great client outcomes and collaborates with the MP team to develop strategies and ensure effective implementation that aligns with the Firm's strategy
You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
- Business, marketing, and communications.
- Developing and successfully marketing new services
- Managing headcount and large scale marketing programs
- Leading a team
In our Clients & Markets team, your impact will be seen by:
- Being expert in planning, marketing strategy, and execution: Develop and guide a cohesive and integrated marketing strategy to support the Market Priorities. This involves establishing strong interlock with Industries and Businesses, along with coordination with adjacent programs such as Alliance marketing.
- Positioning yourself as a senior member of the MP team, who actively contributes to the strategy and has in-depth knowledge of new market issues and trends
- Influencing business leaders and drive marketing as a strategic partner who facilitates business growth – have a clear and articulate vision for how marketing can proactively enable and achieve their objectives
- Mobilising quickly to “get the plan off the page” with efficiency and flexibility – measuring results and adjusting the plan to reach commercial goals quickly
- Continuing to develop and strengthen PwC’s voice to build consideration, relevance, reputation and esteem among priority clients.
- Working alongside PwC’s Industry Portfolio create interlock on priorities and establish Industry-led Platform campaigns - focused on demand generation
- Differentiating through clear and compelling content marketing initiatives (e.g. points of view, thought leadership) and signature programs
- Championing the brand and understand the importance of leveraging a global visual and verbal expression
- Being embedded with global teams and understand the priorities coming down the pipeline to triage and assess local AU relevance, leverage and roll-out
- Ensuring marketing programs are delivered on time and on budget
- Championing our client-first one firm strategic marketing approach, collaborating with fellow marketers across Industries and Businesses to achieve a coherent PwC presence in market.
- Designing and executing stakeholder strategies to educate and inform stakeholders about activities, accomplishment, processes and clear governance.
- Influence at the highest levels of leadership through relationship building and strong executive-level presence
- Measuring marketing’s worth - Be skilled at using data for strategic planning, marketing performance measurement and optimisation, commercial impact and governance.
- Contributing and lead on marketing governance, processes, team upskilling and marketing function maturity
- Embracing agility and be responsive to support evolving needs of PwC and market dynamics
- Ensuring all brand, risk & legal compliance and marketing governance is adhered to
- Leading, coach and develop an expert team of marketers
More About You
- You have a bachelor's Degree required in business, marketing or communications. Post grad qualifications in marketing or business-related discipline preferred.
- You are a connector, who proactively “join the dots” across Industry, Business and Market Priorities
- You have experience with integrating business performance and marketing analytics to demonstrate ROI.
- You have significant experience in leading a team to develop and execute marketing programs (traditional and digital) with multiple influencers, deadlines and budgets.
- Demonstrated experience developing strong peer relationships across complex large matrixed organisations.
- Ability to effectively operate and influence senior stakeholders (C suite leadership team level).
- Thrive on working in an intense, deliverable-driven and deadline-driven environment.
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal form.
- Agile mindset with the openness and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
