Our Communications and Marketing Division is currently seeking a Director Marketing, Creative Services, and Content who will be responsible for marketing and digital content, internal communications, and design and multimedia solutions.
As the Director Marketing, Creative Services, and Content you will drive the Department’s internal communications function, lead impactful marketing strategies, and ensure a cohesive and impactful brand identity.

About You
You are a versatile and innovative leader with expertise spanning internal communications, marketing, digital content creation, and visual design.
You will excel at leading a strategic internal communications function in fast-paced, high stakes environments. You have a track record in setting the internal communications agenda, and leading compelling internal and change communications campaigns.
Exceptional writing, editing and multimedia content creation skills are a must, with a strong eye for detail and audience engagement.
You will be comfortable leading the production of digital content, including social media, web, and creative assets. Familiarity with the NSW Government’s branding guidelines and policies would be advantageous.
With exceptional relationship management capabilities, and strong leadership skills, you will have a track record of guiding teams through change and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Key Knowledge and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications and/or relevant level of experience in the industry.
- Experience operating at a strategic level, advising and influencing senior management on media, communications and audience engagement and delivery.
- Proven record in contentious issues management and communication planning and delivery.
