About the role
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Regulatory Affairs Associate to support product compliance and quality assurance activities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all regulatory and quality requirements are met for our operations in Australia, New Zealand, and Greater China.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Support product commercialisation in the Greater China region by contributing to all aspects of the NPD and product registration process
- Review marketing materials and product claims to ensure compliance with regulations in relevant markets
- Maintain regulatory documentation, including technical files, certificates, and compliance records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
- Prepare export documentation and supporting evidence for customs clearance to facilitate seamless international trade
- Collaborate with the QA department to address product-related customer complaints and support quality process improvements
- Perform other assigned duties as required to meet company objectives
