What we're looking for.
The Brand Partnerships Manager will plan and execute high-value branded content for commercial partners, leading Mamamia's top commercial partnerships. They will manage seamless campaigns, driving revenue growth through integrated digital campaigns across various formats. This role requires expertise in written, video, social content, podcasts, competitions, and live activations.
Here's some of the stuff you can expect to be doing if you join us:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor branded content campaigns for key commercial partners.
- Brief and manage content producers (written, video, social, podcast, graphic design).
- Publish, track, and report on live campaigns.
- Collaborate with social and marketing leads to optimise campaigns.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely, on-brief, and budget-compliant content delivery.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis, providing performance data, insights, and recommendations.
- Liaise with Partner Strategy, Sales Managers, Clients, and Agencies on campaign deliverables.
- Manage production budgets and approve invoices up to $1500.
- Partner with Sales Manager to respond to briefs and identify upsell opportunities.
- Review and approve campaign schedules from the Sales team.
- Plan and execute live events and activations for brand partners and Mamamia.
- Foster positivity and resilience in the Integration team by supporting Execs and the broader team.
- Manage a small team, conducting regular WIPs, check-ins, and reviews.
Now, a bit about you.
- 3 - 4 years experience in a similar role
- Experience managing and implementing integrated digital campaigns
- Tertiary qualifications in Media and Communications or other relevant field
- Exceptional organisation, attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to balance competing deadlines and prioritise effectively while remaining calm under pressure
- Able to confidently communicate with internal and external stakeholders of varying seniority
- Proficient in Gmail/Microsoft applications
- Experience using Monday, Wordpress, Mailchimp an advantage
- Goal oriented and solution focused, driven to meet or exceed project objectives.
- Work effectively in a team environment whilst being able to achieve results working independently
