Core Responsibilities
- Drive successful retail and omnichannel retail shopping experiences, ensuring the achievement of both retailer and LEGO Group objectives.
- Plan, develop and implement highly impactful trade marketing plans in collaboration with Channel and eCommerce teams that are aligned with overall Channel, Marketing and Business Strategies.
- Drive innovative and impactful Shopper Campaigns for priorities and occasions across Australia and New Zealand.
- Localise global Shopper Strategies for Australia and New Zealand to ensure we maximise local opportunities aligned with channel strategies.
- A robust practice of conducting post-campaign reviews to assess commercial impact, highlight successes, and identify key learnings for future campaigns, both internally and with customers.
- Drive priorities and key occasions across accounts aligned with.
- Champion Shopper insights across the business; and ensure strategies translate insights into action.
- Budget management monthly tracking and control of Trade Marketing Budget.
- Establish strong working relationships with Marketing, Sales Teams, Field Sales Team, and external suppliers maximize integration and impact opportunities.
- Attend regional Trade Marketing calls and represent the BU.

Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in consumer products marketing in a retail context; experience with kids and family brands preferred.
- Demonstrated detail orientation with experience in successful time management, budget management, project management and marketing logistics.
- Effective relationship builder who can collaborate across functions and business units.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Curious and keen to learn!
