We are now looking for a Finance Manager who will play a key role in ensuring all commercial finance requirements are met efficiently and on time to support business operations. This role provides strategic guidance and leadership to the finance team, fostering capability development and enhancing overall team performance.
You will be responsible for:
- Oversee Monthly Management Accounts & Reporting – Ensure timely coordination of Financial Month-End reporting, including variance analysis, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and supporting work papers.
- Prepare Flash P&L and Board Pack – Work with the Analytics team to update data queries and provide insights for leadership.
- FX Management – Serve as the primary contact for FX platforms, executing trades and managing the hedging strategy in line with company policy.
- Business Partnering – Provide financial analysis and support to business unit heads and collaborate with non-finance stakeholders.
- Compliance & Audit Support – Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors for statutory accounts, tax returns, and regulatory compliance.
- Process & System Improvements – Work with IT on finance efficiency projects, test financial impact of new products, and identify process enhancements with the FC & CFO.
- Team Leadership & Support – Manage direct reports, oversee performance reviews, support accounts payable, and assist with setting up new foreign entities.
What we are looking for:
- CA/CPA qualified with a strong technical accounting background.
- Proven experience leading and developing a team of accountants, including performance management and mentoring.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, management accounts, and variance analysis, with experience overseeing month-end processes.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders across finance and non-finance teams, providing insights and strategic support.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment, managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Exposure to international business operations, including foreign exchange (FX) management and hedging strategies.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements, work with IT teams to enhance finance systems, and ensure compliance with audit and tax requirements.
