We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Digital Executive with our awesome team in Melbourne!
The role:
As the Digital Executive you will work with the Digital Manager to deliver the online planning responsibilities in the team, working to create media plans that complement the media strategy, non-digital planning and ultimately the client brief.
Core responsibilities:
- Deliver digital brilliant basics across Digital Performance and Brand: Online Video, BVOD, Programmatic, Partnerships, Social, Tagging and some Programmatic
- Supporting across; media buying, reporting, checking bookings as well as the preparation of reports including post analysis, final buys, and other reporting requirements.
- Support on all bookings loaded efficiently with minimal queries and resolve these in timely fashion.
- Reporting and WIPs with the client – selling in solutions and ideas, problem solving and making recommendations
- Optimising campaigns, briefing specialist teams, finance and invoice management
A bit about you:
- You will have a thorough understanding of the media landscape with a digital lean and a strong understanding of all aspects of media implementation and optimisation
- Strong implementational and executional background with experience across digital media tools and platforms (priority)
- A proven track record for managing and processing media bookings in an accurate and timely manner
- Building meaningful connections with clients and team members excites you!
- You will have had some exposure across some of these tools; Spectra SMD, Roy Morgan, Eram, DV360, all Social Platforms, CM360
- Able to provide a generalist view of all facets of digital media (biddable and non-biddable) and how they can work together effectively in the context of a media strategy and/or plan
