About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity working in the Health Platform team working on multiple modern platforms that support a broad range of stakeholder and customer groups internally.
This role is primarily to manage and maintain the Splunk and Dynatrace platform as part of the team, in our cloud environment. This includes platform care and maintenance, ingestion control and optimisation, and customer (new project) onboarding.
You will also have the opportunity to influence future direction within a large financial services organisation, and work on critical and complex projects during a time of exciting transformation at Suncorp.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and maintain the Splunk and Dynatrace platforms
- Contribute to planning sessions, involved with managing risk, consulting with our customers and stakeholders, evaluating proposed solutions.
- Coordinating projects across multiple application teams.
- Innovate and uplift our platforms and team capabilities for the future
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of Splunk and Dynatrace
- A background in a large corporate environment, ideally banking or insurance
- A passion for complex technical problem solving and an eagerness to learn other technologies (cross skill)
- Experience in the following technical skills:
- Splunk Administration and management
- Dynatrace Observability platform
- ServiceNow Event Management
- Experience working with Agile methodology would be highly regarded
- Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders
- Strong customer focus
