Universal Music Group is in search of Domestic Marketing Executive to be based in Manila.
About the role:
- Create, plan, and execute innovative end-to-end marketing plans for assigned roster of artists/products across TV, online, digital, events, and other media platforms
- Serve as the main point of contact to effectively plan and control the release of products
- Assist artists and take charge in mall shows and album launches as assigned
- Devise and updates domestic marketing plans to maximize exposure of the artist
- In charge of print publicity for domestic releases and projects (writing press releases and bios for artists, holding press conferences/ launches and more)
- Use insights and data to identify target audiences and trends to inspire unique online and offline marketing strategies
- Monitor the effectivity of campaigns and implements appropriate strategies to drive sale of products
- Develop good relationship with key people in the music industry (artists, managers, partners, etc.)
- Attend and assist in showcases, concerts, events, gigs when necessary
Desirable Traits:
- At least 2 years of experience in related field with a broad knowledge in marketing and a great passion for music
- Experience in music, entertainment, advertising agencies, FMCG, e-commerce or related industry would be highly advantageous
- Experience with digital marketing tools would be greatly advantageous
- Ability to develop relations with people in the music business
- Able to handle data comfortably and relate them to qualitative aspects of work
- Disciplined, organized, and have excellent time management skills
