How you’ll make an impact
- Events program management: Build and own a compelling events program across in-person and online events for HR professionals, business leaders, employees and software partners.

Content production: Work with internal copy writers and external thought leaders to develop impactful content for events including webinars, roundtable discussions and onsite employee activations.

Sales acceleration: Liaise with sales and GTM teams to understand key opportunities and conceive and execute community programs to support new customer acquisition and platform adoption/usage.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Partner with our product growth and product management team members to develop in-platform experiences for our community to drive engagement and bottomline revenue.
- Event coordination and execution: Support the marketing team to execute the event coordination of third party tradeshows and event sponsorships including speaker provision, stand design and event logistics.
- Social media management: Help build an engaged online community through management of Flare social media channels.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience designing and producing events from concept, to guest sourcing to program delivery.
- Proven experience building communities, preferably within the employer and HR industries.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities and events.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
