How will I help?
- Lead and drive the creation of high-quality solution designs for customer-facing applications.
- Design and develop user interfaces using React JS and Redux.
- Ensure solutions meet Westpac standards and adhere to architectural principles and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless delivery of solutions.
- Create clear and concise documentation, including design documents and technical specifications.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to development teams.

What do I need?
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the payments and cards industry.
- Expertise in front-end development using ReactJS and Redux.
- 10+ years of overall IT industry/SDLC experience.
- Excellent analysis and design skills with technical problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in front-end/UI design and architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
