18 month contract
Cochlear is seeking a Program Coordinator for an 18-month fixed-term contract in Sydney. The role supports the Transformation Office, Delivery Directors, Portfolio Practice Manager, and Delivery Managers. Responsibilities include program and project management, PPM (program cost) management, RAID management, data analysis, and reporting. The PC will collaborate with leadership, Delivery Managers, Product Owners, and implementation partners to ensure successful program delivery within budget, scope, and governance guidelines.
Responsibilities include:

Assist program leaders with administration and reporting per project management standards.

Contribute to improving program management methodology.
-
Maintain and publish program status dashboards.
-
Manage program and project planning documentation.
-
Support resource management, onboarding, and allocation.
-
Conduct program audits and report findings.
-
Manage access security for program tools.
-
Ensure quality compliance and support continuous improvement.
Essential
-
Experience working in medium-large organizations in a similar role.
-
Experience in the coordination of program delivery including financial management, reporting, RAID, resource management, meeting management and project documentation management.

Experience in working with project lifecycles and project management methodologies (Waterfall)
-
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the organization and across functional disciplines.

Skilled in the use of PPM (project management tools), Excel and Tableau, MS Teams, JIRA, and Confluence

A proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
-
Entry level qualification with AIPM or PMI
-
Experience Managing project financials (Forecasts Vs Actuals), Updating steering Committee packs, Updating RAID Register, Onboarding and Offboarding of resources and Managing change requests.

Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.

Experience working with vendors as part of an integrated program of work.
